0 Bedroom —- $478.00
1 Bedroom —- $554.00
2 Bedroom —- $674.00
3 Bedroom —- $876.00
4 Bedroom —- $1103.00
The Minimum Rent that anyone can pay for Public Housing is $50.00 based upon the income of the individual or family composition.
The Berwick Housing Authority will calculate the rental payment based upon 30% of the adjusted monthly income of the individual or family members.
