All rent is due on the 8th working day of each month. A late fee of $10 is due if rent is not paid by the 8th working day of the month. If rent is not paid by the 8th working day of the month, the resident will receive a strike and rent must then be paid by the 20th of the month or eviction procedures will begin. Residents can receive 3 strikes per year with the 4th strike resulting in automatic eviction. Residents who are assigned to do community service need to turn in their verification forms with their rent. (8 hours of community service is required for those who fall in the noted bracket as per federal law). Any changes in the household composition and income must be reported by the 20th of the month.
