OF PUBLIC HEARING
AGENCY PLAN AND CAPITAL FUND PLAN
AMENDED ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY
BERWICK HOUSING AUTHORITY
The Berwick Housing Authority will conduct a Public Hearing at 2:00 P.M.
on Tuesday October 12, 2021, in the Community Room of the Housing Authority,
2751 Fifth St, P O Box 231, Berwick LA, 70342.
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen input on the following subjects:
- Amendment of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy to include but not limited to the revised Flat Rents, Utility Allowances, and other items to comply with HUD requirements.
- The Housing Authority’s Annual Agency Plan for 2022; of which the Housing Authority has formulated in compliance with HUD requirements.
- The Housing Authority’s Capital Fund Program (CFP) Annual Statement for 2022; and the CFP 5-Year Action Plan for 2022-2026, all of which the Housing Authority has formulated in compliance with HUD requirements.
The Amended Admissions and Occupancy Policy, Agency Plan, and Capital Fund Plans are available for review at the Housing Authority Office at 2751 Fifth St, Berwick LA, 70342.
Those citizens unable to attend this hearing may submit their views in writing to:
