BHA will be taking 3 bedroom applications only online on November 3, 2025 from 8:00 am-12:00 pm. You must qualify for a 3 bedroom in order to apply. Your application will be reviewed for the proper family size as per our agency housing policy.

Public Hearing for 2024 Capital Fund Program and Amended Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy will be held Thursday, March 21, 2024 @ 2:00 pm in the resident center.

BERWICK HOUSING AUTHORITY WILL HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2023 @ 2:00 PM TO DISCUSS THE AGENCY PLAN AND AMENDED ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY. MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE RESIDENT CENTER.

BHA Public Hearing is Tuesday, May 2, 2023 @ 2:00 pm in the Resident Center. Discussed will be Amendments to Annual Agency Plan for 2023, Capital Fund Program for 2023 and the CFP 5-Year Action Plan for 2023-2027.

BHA lobby will open back up on December 1st. Residents will be able to use the debit/credit card machine to pay rent.
